No. Many clients start from a place of low energy, inconsistent training, or coming back from injury or burnout. Your assessment helps us understand your baseline so we can build a plan that meets you where you are and progresses safely.
Coaching is primarily remote, which allows for flexible scheduling and support around your actual life. Where location permits, we may incorporate occasional in-person sessions or assessments, but this is not required for strong results.
Most clients train 3–4 days per week for 45–60 minutes per session, plus short daily practices for breathwork, walking, or mobility. We’ll shape the plan around your schedule and adjust as your season changes.
We always work within your current capacities and any guidance from your medical team. With your permission, we can collaborate with your doctor, therapist, or physical therapist to ensure an integrated, safe approach.
Most clients continue with ongoing coaching or move into a lighter-touch maintenance structure. We’ll review your goals near the end of your package and decide together what makes the most sense for your next phase.
